Our forth annual Indie Dyers Spectrum market place is BIGGER & BETTER then ever!
We are so excited to be invited to join Fall Fest at Chemung Co. Fair Grounds for our Fiber Arts
Festival and look forward to years to come with this great collaboration. Shop the 50+ vendors of one-of-a-kind, Indie Dyed yarns and fiber, Farm Yarns and handmade items never found in a box store. Our main focus is Fiber Arts but we will have a number of other artisan and business vendors as well.

We are in full force ahead with an awesome committee to make this event a memorable one and will update this site promptly as new and exciting things take place If you would like to be a vendor or know of someone please forward our info. SAVE THE DATE and please help us spread the word.

REC Entertainment~providing music for your enjoyment.
Dozens of vendors, including fiber arts, craft and business vendors, food vendors and farm market items to shop and enjoy.

Several fiber arts displays and demonstrations from local 4-H youth and fiber guilds throughout the day.
Demonstration list and times will be posted when available.
Meet and greet fiber animals on display.

Purchase tickets for our huge raffle, win amazing items from our participating vendors.

We are very excited to have the Genesee Valley Hand Spinners Guild and others here with us for 2023 doing demonstrations throughout the day.
​
1) Starting at 10 AM throughout the day will be a demonstration of our guild's sheep study. that will include sheep breeds and samples. Bonnie W.
2) 10 AM GVHG membership table will be ongoing throughout the day. Christine S.
3) 11) AM Flax processing and spinning. This demonstration will be with traditional flax equipment. Wendy C. and Ron T. this demonstration may take up to an hour. Antique Irish castle spinning wheel for spinning flax.
4)11-12n Demonstration of electric spinning wheel.

5) 12noon Silk spinning on an antique spinning wheel. Connecticut Chair wheel. Ron T.
6) 1 PM Demonstration of the use of Wool combs Peter Teal wool combs. Ron T.
7) 2 PM Demonstration of Cotton spinning on Charkha. Bonnie W.
8) 3 PM Demonstration spinning on an electric spinning wheel . Hansen electric spinning wheel. Wendy C.
The guilds are planning on spinning demonstrations throughout the day at their guild membership booths.
